Abacube Accounting and Tax Services (Abacube) was established to provide a complete set of accounting, consulting and tax services to start-up and technology businesses in the Puget Sound Region. The founders have more than 60 years of experience working with small to medium size companies with specific expertise in providing services to software and internet companies. Not only are the founders CPA's with an extensive public accounting background, they have been on the private side serving in the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Controller.
Abacube's services range from basic bookkeeping, to setting up QuickBooks, providing payroll services, preparing tax returns, and acting as part-time CFO's and business advisors to start up companies.
One of the partners of Abacube was a key contributor to Price Waterhouses's manual on understanding and applying the software revenue recognition rules under SOP 97-2 and has been a presenter at many software revenue seminars.
