Carey Law provides guidance to clients in matters of Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, and Internet Law. We also provide counsel for General Business legal issues such as real estate and other transactions. We recognize that clients requiring assistance in these areas may have greatly varying degrees of business acumen, and as a result, we provide dynamic solutions to allow for optimal representation based upon your specific needs.
We offer a spectrum of client relationship styles, ranging from legal "coaching" for small business, all the way to full-blown transactional guidance and general counsel for companies desiring an in-house level of support, without the in-house price tag.
The firm is also unique in that we advise clients on both the legal and technical aspects of internet and technology based business. For example, we can advise on the legal implications of law relating to website Terms of Use, while simultaneously providing the technical guidance required to implement and affect legal compliance from programming, design, and project management standpoints.
