ScrapWalls is a web-based photo collage editor. You upload your photos, drag them wherever you want on a huge canvas, and then when you publish it to your own custom URL, it is viewable in an interface similar to Google Maps. You can pan around and zoom in. When you zoom in, you are able to see the full resolution photos.
