Maybe you are considering moving to an agile process. You have lots of choices. What are they? Which make more sense for your team? What are the tradeoffs? What are the things to watch out for as you try them out? These are the types of questions that are very dependent on your context and you simply can't answer from a book.
Story mapping is my tool of choice for planning a release as a collaborative group. I can walk you through a very short story mapping session to give you an idea of what's possible with simple index cards. Trust me, it will amaze you.
Maybe part of your team has bought into the new process, but you can't figure out how to get buy in from the rest of the team. Maybe you are using an agile methodology, but aren't seeing the ROI you were hoping for. I can give you suggestions on what to try or questions to go back to your team and ask.
