I have more than 15 years experience as an instructional designer and technical writer in the software industry, working for companies ranging in size from startups to large corporations. I have developed documentation, online Help, training courses, knowledge bases, and sales and marketing materials for several major software products, and have managed several documentation and training groups. I hold a Specialists degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University.
