Grew up with computers, spent lots of time helping others work with them and understand how programmers think. Studied anthropology and psychology, considered a career as an anthro prof. Took some time off from grad. school, ended up being happily seduced by the challenges and filthy lucre of high tech.

Design philosophy is designing/developing information tools for people to use and experience.
