As
co-founder and Vice President of Sage Properties, Inc., Michael is responsible
for the operations of the company, including human resources, contract
negotiations, staff management/development and the development of the company’s
internal operating systems, procedure and product development. Michael has 9 years experience working with
value-added commercial real estate investors.
He played a crucial part in repositioning several multifamily
communities into profitable and valuable community additions in Seattle, Sacramento and Portland markets. Michael has managed over
4,750 multifamily units with a total value of $677+ million. Michael most recently worked with Weidner
Investment Services as their Regional Vice President and Director for Washington State, where he managed over 60
associates and served on the strategic planning committee. Michael holds a bachelors degree in public
relations from Washington
State University
and is a licensed Washington Real Estate Salesperson.
