Sherri Bealkowski is the founder of Callidus Consulting LLC, offering technology and management consulting services for educational organizations, and businesses serving the education market.
She has delivered for clients on a variety of projects, including:
• Interim CIO for Seattle Public Schools, the largest public school district in Washington
• Developing education product strategies for emerging markets for Microsoft
• Evaluating online education technology platforms developed by small firms for potential commercialization
As an accomplished executive with deep experience in education technology, Sherri’s expertise includes strong P&L management and accountability, building and leading effective organizations, managing global enterprise sales, designing and executing go-to-market business strategies and commercializing products.
Sherri is well known for sustainable problem solving, strong and effective leadership, inspirational public speaking, and her PASSION for improving education for all students. She was recently inducted into the Georgia Tech Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni.
Sherri holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University. She has a long history of professional and civic participation including the Society of Women Engineers, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Women@Microsoft, and many programs targeted toward empowering middle and high school girls to excel in math, science and technology. She is frequently called upon to speak to organizations and currently serves as the Board Chair of AtWork!, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering adults with development disabilities through training and employment.
