I recently filmed 4 companies present at a Seattle Tech Startups monthly meeting.

From the STS website:

  • Before founding TalentSpring, Bryan gained 10 years experience as a software engineer and engineering manager.
  • TalentSpring is a B2B SaaS product which allows employers to select one of their job openings and go immediately to the best active and passive resumes. TalentSpring uses semantic matching algorithms to find resumes that match all of the criteria for a specific job opening. TalentSpring also ranks resumes by their quality within their industry (from unqualified to qualified to A-Player).
