Dana (a long-time family friend) is doing the bookeeping and general administrative work for 3 of the companies in the StartPad offices.

Knowledgable about payroll, employment tax reporting requirements, liability and health insurance plans.
She is currently only accepting new clients if they are co-locating in the StartPad offices (since she does not want to have to do any more traveling).
We're finding that she can keep our bookeeping and tax reporting up to date in just a couple of hours per week.
