Excellent customer service.
Not "sleazy" like some other registrars.
Fairly easy to use online tools.
They will host your DNS severs "for free" with your registration - decent DNS editing tools.

I've not used their web server hosting plans - I've heard a few horror stories, so can't recommend that one myself.
