If you're a software developer, entrepreneur or student, you can join us in our co-working offices in downtown Seattle!

If you're downtown on Thursday afternoon, join us for our open brown-bag lunch (each Thursday at 12:15pm).

We offer three coworking options:

10-day pass

  • $150 for 10 days
  • Never expires -- e.g. use it for two weeks in a row, or one day a month for 10 months
  • Use of one of the day-desks in our open space
  • Arrive between 9am and 5pm - and stay as late as you like (doors lock behind you)
  • Take your stuff with you when you leave

Monthly desk

  • $300/month/person
  • You get your own dedicated work area in our open space
  • 24-7 Secure Office Access

 

Monthly private office

  • $550/month/person - double occupancy
  • 2 people = $1,100/month
  • 3 people = $1,400/month
  • 24-7 Secure Office Access

Meeting Space

Need to get your team together for a longer meeting or focus group?  You can rent our conference room space (12-person w/ A/V) for $25/hour.  Please call to reserve.

All tenants are provided with:

  • Office furniture (desk, chair, whiteboard)
  • Internet Access (wired and wireless)
  • Shared Conference Rooms
  • Kitchen (stocked with soda)
  • Color laser printer
  • Shared phone and fax
  • Bike locker and showers in building
  • Weekly brownbag mixer (Thursdays at 12:15)
  • The company of other software developers like you!
  • Air-Conditioning!

Monthly plans require payment of first and last month in advance - 30 days notice required upon termination.
